  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 2 Cups Broccoli Sliced
  • 2 Cups Potatoes Sliced small
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Tbsp White Wine


  • Combine Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, olive oil and white wine. Dunk pork chops into marinade. Let site 10 minutes or let marinate in fridge for up to 24 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Spread potatoes and broccoli on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add pork chops and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Drizzle rest of marinade onto pan and coat all vegetables. 
  • Turn on broiler and broil pan for about 5 minutes or until pork chops have caramelized. Enjoy!
