  • 1 Cup Butter Softened
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Cream of Tartar
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, usually several minutes.
  • Mix in baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, vanilla and eggs until combined.
  • Stir in flour until just combined. 
  • Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll into cinnamon sugar mixture. Arrange dough on cookie sheet several inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges have set. Let cool, then enjoy!
