  • 6 Chicken Thighs
  • 1 Bottle Beer
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • In a large pan heat oil on a medium-high temp and place chicken thighs skin down in the pan. Cook until fat is rendered and skin is golden.
  • Transfer chicken to a large sauce pan. Combine beer, honey, tomato paste, and garlic and pour over chicken. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes or until meat is falling off the bone.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
