Beer Braised Chicken
Make Beer Braised Chicken with your favorite beer for an amazing meal that will impress! Braising is a simple way to cook and flavor food!
- 6 Chicken Thighs
- 1 Bottle Beer
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
In a large pan heat oil on a medium-high temp and place chicken thighs skin down in the pan. Cook until fat is rendered and skin is golden.
Transfer chicken to a large sauce pan. Combine beer, honey, tomato paste, and garlic and pour over chicken. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes or until meat is falling off the bone.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
