Roasted Salmon with Dill Sauce
Roasted Salmon with Dill Sauce is a delicious dinner that is elegant but easy to make!
- 1 Pound Salmon
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 Cup Fresh Dill Minced
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
Preheat oven to 400.
Remove skin from salmon and season with salt, pepper and lemon. Put on a greased baking sheet and coo uncovered for 20 minutes or until fish flakes apart.
For sauce combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready.
Serve on top of salmon, and enjoy!
