One Pan Creamy Basil Chicken Pasta
One Pan Creamy Basil Chicken Pasta will shake up your weeknight and delight you with its intense and fresh flavour! So easy to make too!
- 4 Chicken Thighs
- 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 8 Oz Chicken Stock
- 6 Oz Water
- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 8 Oz Linguine
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Basil
Pat dry and season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet on medium-high and add cooking oil. Place chicken thighs in pan skin side down.
Cook chicken until skin is golden brown then turn and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add chicken stock, water, cream, pasta, garlic and basil to pan. Let simmer, stirring occasionally until pasta is cooked through and sauce has thickened. Remove from heat and enjoy!
