One Pan Broccoli Rabe with Sausage Penne
One Pan Broccoli Rabe with Sausage Penne is a quick one pan dinner perfect for summer! Made with fresh broccoli rabe, this dish can't be missed!!
- 1/2 Pound Sausage Meat
- 8 Oz Chicken Stock
- 1 Cup White Wine
- 8 Oz Penne
- 2 Cups Broccoli Rabe
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
Cook sausage over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat and break sausage into medium sized clumps.
Add chicken stock and white wine. Bring to a simmer and add penne. Cook until liquid has reduced and pasta is al dente.
Add in broccoli rabe, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until broccoli has wilted. Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
