  • 1 Pound Tilapia or other white fish
  • 4 Cups Crushed Tortilla Chips
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 6-8 Tortillas
  • All your favorite taco toppings cheese, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, etc
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Pat tilapia dry and cut into 1 inch strips.
  3. Combine flour, paprika, and chili powder in a bowl.
  4. Place bowls of flour mixture, egg and tortilla in a line. Take fish and first coat with flour. dip and coat in egg and then roll in crushed tortillas. Place on a nonstick baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes or until fish is done.
  5. Put in taco shell or tortilla, garnish as desired and enjoy!
