Preheat oven to 375.
Using a 9 X 13" pan, either grease or line with foil. Brownies WILL stick!
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, sea salt and baking powder.
In a separate large mixing bowl, combine eggs, butter, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and almond extract.
In small batches, whisk the dry ingredients in with the wet. Continue until fully combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into pan, using a spoon to spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the edges of the brownie are just beginning to pull away from the edge of the pan.
Let cool completely, then cut and enjoy!
