  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Melted and cooled to room temperature
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp Almond Extract
  • 2 Cups Chocolate Chips


  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Using a 9 X 13" pan, either grease or line with foil. Brownies WILL stick!
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, sea salt and baking powder.
  • In a separate large mixing bowl, combine eggs, butter, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and almond extract.
  • In small batches, whisk the dry ingredients in with the wet. Continue until fully combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into pan, using a spoon to spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the edges of the brownie are just beginning to pull away from the edge of the pan.
  • Let cool completely, then cut and enjoy!
