Since moving to California I’ve realised one big difference. The quality of the fruit and vegetables here is much higher than the east coast. Maybe it’s the soil, maybe it’s the climate, but either way I find myself gravitating towards more vegetable based dishes than before. This Spicy Roasted Garlic Cauliflower made with Frontier Co-op’s Organic Crushed Red Chili Pepper has been one of my favorites so far!
This is a simple, no frills recipe. It has only a few ingredients and each of those ingredients shines. Roasted cauliflower by itself is delicious but add some garlic, olive oil and crushed red chili pepper and then we’re talking! I used a generous amount of crushed red chili pepper, but if you love spice feel free to add more for a more intense heat.
I really enjoy using Frontier Co-op’s herbs and spices because not only do they taste great but they source them from around the world and from growers who are committed to quality, sustainability and ethical trade. With Frontier Co-op you are getting a higher quality spice, which if you love cooking and food, is something to invest in.
