Summer lovin, had me a blast. Summer lovin that heat came fast. Cooking is as hot as it could be, it’s not that much fun for me. Summer days drifting away,
To, uh oh, those one-pan meal nights!

Well-a well-a well-a huh. Tell me more, tell me more, was is it easy to make? Tell me more, tell me more, like does it clean up fast?

Yes to everything mentioned above! This dish is both easy, cheap and a quick clean up! It’s perfect for those extra hot nights when you want to eat more than ice cream yet don’t want to melt while cooking dinner.

Broccoli Rabe is great this time of year. I found it at the farmer’s market recently and couldn’t resist making a dish with it. I love how much broccoli has to offer and every type has a completely different type of taste. This one comes off a little bitter but when paired with a sausage it is a match made in heaven!

This is gorgeous! I love that you used the flowering broccoli rabe. Most people don’t think that’s edible. Yum!
