The holidays are just around the corner and I am unbelievably excited to be heading home and to see family. And although California has been treating us well, it doesn’t really feel like the holidays when it’s warm and sunny out. The forecast for New Hampshire? Cold and snowy -the perfect weather for Christmas! I partnered with Immaculate Baking Co for this recipe and used their Organic Crescent Rolls to makeĀ Leftover Christmas Ham and Cheese Crescent Rolls. This would definitely be the perfect appetizer for your post Christmas company!

I love easy appetizers for the holidays because you don’t necessarily know when company is going to drop in and say hi. That and if you have a lot of leftovers, it’s best to use them up in the most delicious ways possible. TheseĀ Leftover Christmas Ham and Cheese Crescent Rolls are done in about 20 minutes and are an easy appetizer that you can just throw together. Minimal fridge space needed too!

I liked working with Immaculate Baking Co’s Crescent Rolls because the dough was very easy to work with and tasted great. These aren’t those greasy crescent rolls Grandma would serve! I used leftover spiral ham, swiss cheese and a bit of spicy mustard brushed onto the inside of the roll. It’s a delicious combo and I bet you already have most of this in your fridge!

This will be our first year flying home for the holidays and as excited we are to visit home we are equally nervous. There’s something about air travel that seems a bit up in the air. The flight could be delayed, there could be bad weather, bad turbulence where before we’d drive home and be able to go with the flow. A lot more is left up to chance now and we are really REALLY hoping everything goes smoothly. Can you tell we aren’t frequent fliers?

Needless to say, I can’t wait for the holidays and I’m sure to bring the love of food with me when I go home! Learn more about Immaculate Baking HERE.
